These new one a day ICaps tablets have a delayed release mechanism which replaces the old two a day version which came in packs of 60.

These super-potent tablets are rich in zinc and contain a cocktail of antioxidants that are known to be important for eye health. The powerful ingredients include lutein and zeaxanthin – antioxidants that are found in fruit and veg and can wage war on 'free radicals'.

Free radicals are oxidised particles that result from normal metabolism – but if they're not properly removed from our eyes by good blood circulation, they can damage cells and possibly lead to eye problems. It's thought that antioxidants can help protect the retina by mopping up the free radicals before they get a chance to cause damage.

IMPORTANT: The dose of ICaps used to be two tablets a day, so always check the label before using. Always consult your optician before changing your eye care products.
